A friendly proclamation by Byron Bard, Chancellor of the Open Mic

1)   The correct form of address when speaking to the Chancellor is "Your Eloquence".

2)   All open mic performers should write their name on the sign-up sheet by 10 PM.

3)   Performers' names will be drawn at random.

4)   Time is limited. Performers are encouraged to keep their pieces short, so as to allow as many people as possible a chance to perform.

5)   One performer will be awarded the title Speaker of Words, and will be asked to submit their piece to the following month's Cottonmouth zine.
