Writers, poets, word-smiths, sound artists, performance types, playwrights, musicians, nu-media creatives...in fact, anybody who thinks they have what it takes to get up on stage and intrigue an audience. If you think you are this type of person, then please by all means send us a sample of your work (two pieces) along with a 50 word bio plus links to your work online to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Not only do we have a performance night, but we also have a monthly publication called
C O T T O N M O U T H for which we are constantly looking for content. The focus of this publication is new writing with national - yes, national - focus. So, as above, if you'd like to be considered for the publication by all means email email@example.com two pieces of work along with a 50 word bio. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Every Cottonmouth night features an open mic session at the end of the night. If you wish to take part, show up between 7 and 8 to pre-register. Performers will be drawn randomly from Tomás Ford's intriguingly dishevelled suitcase. No qualification other than your luck in emerging from said draw is required. No favour is given to those who demand a spot. It's all a game of chance.
